With more than 25 years of experience as a part of the HVAC industry, along with 300+ years of collective wisdom amongst senior team members, Anukool India started an initiative called Gurukool by Anukool. What started as an internal learning system, now evolved into a full fledged skilling school called “Gurukool by Anukool”.
The Gurukool imparts new age skills in MEP sector with interesting pedagogy & Do-It-Yourself (DIY) approach. The focus is on relevant case studies along with “on job training”. The Gurukool is formally recognised by Electronic Sector Skill council of India (ESSCI) & has MoUs with institutes such as Somaiya ITI, Don Bosco, Lalji Mehrotra Technical Institute for On Job Training (OJT) courses.
Gurukool’s mission is to skill, reskill & upskill resources with digital EDGE in areas like Indoor Air Quality (IAQ), Efficiency management & Fire- Life safety, which are an integral part of sustainability movement. At Gurukool, our mission has the ability to create future “Green Yoddhas” who can contribute meaningfully to the well-being of the People & the Planet.

The Skilling Facility is equipped with state-of-the-art, live systems in HVAC, ELV, Building Automation. It features VRV systems with advanced controls, cleanroom i-AHU with PLC operations, ducting with VAV–VFD integration & Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) management tools based on IoTs sensors The ELV setup includes fire alarms, CCTV, gas and water leak detection, integrated with automation. The facility also has a energy saver, demonstrable Solar PV module to explain the concept of renewable energy.
