La capacidad máxima de Villa Jade es de 14 adultos, pero si tres o más en su grupo son menores de 17 años, podemos aceptar hasta 19 invitados. Hay siete habitaciones para huéspedes; 2 camas tamaño King, 4 camas tamaño matrimonial, 4 camas tamaño queen, 2 camas individuales y un sofa cama con 2 camas individuales.

What is the minimum night’s stay?

In low season there is a minimum reservation requirement of 2 nights.

In Mid and High seasons, there is a minimum reservation requirement of 4 to 7 nights.

Is Villa Jade suitable for children?

YES. Absolutely! Although Villa jade has an architecture and design that do not seem like a kid-friendly place, we love having families with kids stay with us, and we do offer many amenities for our younger guests! From volleyball / mini- badminton net, flag football, a basketball hoop, pool floats, toys, Frisbee, many board games, X-box and Wii with games, TV w/Sat and much more.

We also provide complimentary: 1 crib, 1 car seat (booster), and 1 high chair. Pack and play, car seats, and more baby equipment are rented with an external provider.

Can I bring additional guests to those already registered?

YES. The guest must inform VILLA JADE of the number of companions included in the reservation before arriving. The cost per additional Guest is USD 70 per night per guest. No more than 19 guests are allowed in the villa. Only the number of registered guests listed on the rental agreement may reside on the premises during the Rental Period. Guests who have not been registered will not be admitted. Babies from 0 to 2 years old do not pay, a maximum of two babies per stay, and children over the age of two are considered guests. If additional guests are accepted, the cost must be covered at reservation or upon arrival in cash

Do we share the Villa with any other Guests?

NO. You will not share the villa with other guests, and the estate is exclusively yours. If the villa offers a rate category for fewer rooms, the villa will remain solely yours, but the non-rented rooms will be locked

Can I rent fewer bedrooms?

YES., the guests can rent the villa from 4 bedrooms (up to 8 guests) to its maximum capacity of 19 guests. For less than 14 guests, please get in touch with us. Ability is limited to 2 guests per room.

What is included in the rental price of the villa?

  • A complimentary round trip airport transfer for seven passengers.

Can I rent the villa for long periods?

YES. Long-term rentals are considered in rentals of more than 28 days. Check with our administration for the availability of dates and special discounts.

What is the reservation policy?

Your reservation is confirmed when we receive your Rental Agreement filled and signed, together with a copy of ID and deposit of 50% of the rental fee, which should be made no more than 7 days after your booking request.
The guest must pay the 50% balance of the rental 30 days before arrival. For reservations made less than 30 days before arrival, the booking is confirmed and guaranteed when the total (100%) payment is received within one week of your booking request.
For bookings during the Holidays (Holy Week, Easter, Christmas, and New Year's), remaining balance payments must be made at least 90 days before the arrival date unless otherwise specified on the initial confirmation. For reservations made within 90 days before the arrival date, full payment must be made upon confirmation.

Do you have a Damage Deposit Policy?

YES. A USD 1,000 hold will be placed on your credit card one day before arrival and released four days after departure for instant reservations.
For manual reservations: Damage deposit is paid in cash upon your arrival to the villa, or if you prefer to put your Credit Card as a damage guarantee, fill out the pertinent information and send a copy of your plastic (front and back) together with your Rental Agreement and ID.

What is the cancellation policy?

For cancellations 30 or more days before the arrival date, a full refund shall be rewarded. For cancellations 15 days before the arrival date, 50% of the rental amount paid is forfeited. After that, there will be no refunds. No cancellations are permitted for High Season's dates, including Holidays Bookings and Events; 100% of the rental rate is forfeited. If there is a cancellation, Villa Jade will give a credit towards a future rental (if booked within the period of one year). Our cancellation policy for extended stays rentals applies to all reservations of 28 days or more and overrides the previous cancellation policies. To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and cancellation must occur at least 60 days before check-in. After that, Villa Jade will refund 50% of the total rate if you cancel up to 30 days before check-in. There will be no refunds after that period. All cancellations must be notified by email to contacto@villajadeacapulco.com.

Do you provide any discounts for the length of stay or an early booking discount?

The rates throughout the web are the same. But we guarantee that we will give you the best available rate as this is the owner's direct website. Please inquire, and any special rates or discounts will be considered depending on availability and dates.

Are there extra charges for gas, electricity, or water?

NO. Gas, electricity or water services are included in the price. In Acapulco, public resources are limited; therefore, the property complies with specific guidelines of Ecological Policy. The guest agrees to make responsible use of these services. For long-term rentals, electricity, water and gas are included up to a limit of 15,000 MXP per month.

How can I make a reservation?

We have two easy ways to make a reservation: 1. Manual reservation: fill out and send us t he contact form and submit the availability request for the dates you want to stay: select your night of entry, day of departure, and your group's size. We will contact you within 24 hours to confirm availability. 2. Instant reservations: Fill out the instant reservation form on our web page.

What payment methods do you accept?

For manual reservations: Reservation payments can be made through a National or International Bank Wire Transfers.

For instant reservations: Reservation payments can be made through Credit Card or Pay Pal

Is there any other additional cost to consider?

YES. All your incidentals such as food & beverage costs, grocery shopping fees (20% of receipt), Spa services, laundry & dry cleaning (20% of receipt), tours and excursions, transportation, extra staff service, etc. are not included in the rental cost. For incidentals and inland expenses, you will need to pay in cash (US dollars and Mxn pesos are accepted) at arrival or one day before your departure date.

Can I open a pre-paid account to cover any incidental or inland expenses?

YES. We recommend that our guests open a pre-paid account at check-in by depositing 100 USD for each guest in cash. The staff will use this deposit to buy food, drinks, services or pay for extra services incurred by the guest or companions. If you do not want to carry too much cash or want to use the ATMs, which usually charge a high fee for foreign cards, we offer the option to send a Wire-Transfer of a fixed amount to cover all your expenses. If the credit is consumed during your stay, Villa Jade's staff will notify you to extend it. At the end of your vacations, Villa Jade's team will duly justify all expenses or services incurred by the guest or companions with the proof of purchase receipts. Any remaining money will be returned to you or sent to your bank account (25 USD charge for this service).

What are the check-in and check-out policies?

The reservation begins at 3:00 p.m. on arrival and ends at 1:00 p.m. on the day of departure. At check-in, the guest must present an official identification of each companion and a credit or debit card as a guarantee. The villa is professionally cleaned and inspected before and after each rental to ensure that all guests have a clean and comfortable stay.

Is Villa Jade suitable for a wheelchair?

Unfortunately, no.
